Cloud Nine Collective Purchase Terms
 

Thank you for your interest in Cloud Nine Collective products! We work to provide handmade bath, body, and homeware products. 

 

Please note that we do not make any medical claims about our products and if you are unsure if you should use a product, you should discuss with your doctor if a product is appropriate for use by you. Please also read all our labels and instructions. 

 

Our products are handmade and use many natural ingredients. Therefore, note that there may be variations in the products provided versus those shown on our website and in any images. This is not considered a defective or damaged product for purposes of our policies below. If you have concerns about a product, please feel free to contact us.

 

Our items are for individual use only and not for resale. If you are interested in a wholesale order, please contact us. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer or cancel an order for any reason, including if we believe a customer is purchasing for resale, or improper use.

 

Canceling an Order:

 

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. Whether or not the order can actually be canceled is in Cloud Nine Collective’s sole discretion. We will let you know whether or not your order can be canceled within a reasonable time after contacting us to request cancellation. 

 

Shipping:

 

Items available and in-stock will ship in a reasonable time after payment is cleared. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order and/or backorder).

 

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address you enter at checkout is accurate. We ship to the address you put in. If an item was sent to the address you entered, but you want it sent to a different address, then you pay for the costs of re-shipping the item. If we sent something to the wrong address, we’ll resend it, however, if the shipping company incorrectly delivered your order, you will need to contact and work with the shipping company directly.

 

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

 

Return Policy:

Consistent with our Terms of Use, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged . If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at cloud9pgh@gmail.com within seven (7) days of product delivery (as determined by the shipping carrier tracking) and let us know what the issue is, pictures of any damage or defectiveness, and if you would like a refund or exchange.

Upon review of your communication, we will let you know if the item can be returned. If the item is approved for return, then it must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the communication from us, unopened, unused, and in its original product packaging. Please mail the product to:  6360 Broad St PO Box 4750 Pittsburgh, PA 15206.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns and any damage that occurs during shipping.

 

Refunds/exchanges will be processed by Cloud Nine Collective in a reasonable time frame after the return is received and processed. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect/damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, per our refund policy below in a reasonable time period. Cloud Nine Collective reserves the right not to approve a refund or replacement if the product condition returned is different than as represented in the communications with Cloud Nine Collective.

 

Refunds & Replacements:

If you are eligible for return as detailed above, a refund or credit will be issued once we have received and approved your returned items. 

 

Refunds shall be the original cost of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. If you choose to have a product replaced, a replacement will be shipped after the original product has been returned and processed.

 

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. We are not liable for any delay in processing.
